• Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. Creative Energy Technologies Inc, is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. All parts come with original manufacturer warranty and technical support is handled by the respective manufacturers. Customer pays return shipping on all services.

• Processing Time
  You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Creative Energy Technologies Inc does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Creative Energy Technologies store hours are M-F, 10-3pm EST. Orders are processed during store hours. Orders with standard shipping depart usually with in 48 hours. Orders will be received by the consumer using standard shipping, within 10-14 business days. Excluding weekends, early closures and holidays.
  Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days.

• Back Orders
  Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order.
  You will be contacted of the back order status via email.
   

• Order Status
  Creative Energy Technologies Inc will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. Orders shipping mail do not have tracking numbers, they have confirmation numbers. Confirmation numbers tell us when you received your order. You cannot track an order by using the confirmation number.
   

• Change Orders
  You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order. Please always have your order number ready.
   

• Cancel Order
  You may request a cancellation of your order. All canceled orders will receive a 10% surcharge to cover processing fees, re-stocking fees, and return of shipment fees.
  Please call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days, less fees.
   

• Creative Energy Technologies Inc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Creative Energy Technologies Inc accepts the following payment methods

• Purchases with credit cards need to have the billing address of the credit card (the address that the credit card statement is mailed to). This information would go in the "bill to" section of the credit card. Missing or incorrect card information and expiration dates will delay the processing of your order. If the credit card declines payment, your order will not be processed. Some credit cards and debit cards have daily caps and the total purchase needs to be broken down over several entries. That is not a problem, just inform us of what the daily maximum amount is in the comments section of the online form so your order can be processed in a timely matter.

• Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
  (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must be cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

• Purchase Orders (must be approved by credit department and verified)

• No COD orders

• Creative Energy Technologies, Inc will no longer accept international credit card orders and ship internationally.

• Merchandise purchased through the Creative Energy Technologies Inc may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund only if in new and unopened/unused condition.
  All returns will receive a 20% re-stocking fee.

• Any gas appliance, water fixtures, water filters or water system that has been used/installed cannot be returned. 

• No returns will be accepted for merchandise that is used, has missing packaging, missing parts and instructions or cannot be re-sold as new.

• No returns will be allowed after 30 days.

• ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS AND MISSING PARTS MUST BE
  REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OR CLAIMS WILL NOT BE HONORED.

• Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by the Creative Energy Technologies Inc in shipping.
       To return a product to Creative Energy Technologies Inc, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days. Creative Energy Technologies Inc will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by the Creative Energy Technologies Inc. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
       Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Creative Energy Technologies Inc. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Creative Energy Technologies Inc's Return Procedure will be breached and the Creative Energy Technologies Inc will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

• Refused or Undeliverable Packages and Shipments
  Sometimes, a carrier will be unable to deliver a package to the address provided to them. This can happen if the address provided is incorrect, or if the person receiving that shipment at that address refuses it. If this happens, the package will be returned to Creative Energy Technologies Inc's. We will provide a refund to the buyer for the item, less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges incurred by Creative Energy Technologies Inc's (The cost of shipping the package to you and back to us) or the customer will provide a new shipping address and we will reconsign the order. The additional shipping cost due to the reconsignment will be billed to the customer. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.

• Security
  Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are
  sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

• Creative Energy Technologies Inc's reserves the right to use all legal means to recover payment for any orders shipped. This includes non-payment as a result of credit card charge backs or disputes, and checks with insufficient funds or stop payment. Chargeback fees will be billed to the customer. If fees are un-paid, the unpaid amount will be sent onto a collection agency.
