AccuCell is an alkaline-manganese battery system that
contains an insignificant percentage of toxic pollutants
and allows recharging while preserving the advantages of
disposable alkaline cells. Few cycles compensate the
initial cost against non-rechargeable batteries.
Insignificant self-discharging-less than 0.2% per month
batteries can hold a charge up to 5 years. No memory
effect at all-no need for discharging before recharging.
Requires special impulse charger. (AP 2020 & ACL 65 see
below) Charging with solar
cells possible. Batteries come pre-loaded ready to use
immediately.
High power and longer lasting batteries continue to be
in demand even more so today. Battery applications are
continually expanding as consumers are constantly
looking for portable new solutions to fit their fast
pace of life. Consumers, however, are also now demanding
batteries that are environmentally friendly, convenient
and easy to use, and most of all economical.
Developed by some of the same individuals who founded
the original Alkaline (disposable) battery, Rechargeable
Alkaline Manganese (RAM) batteries offer the consumer the
high alkaline power they are used to, but much more
economically. It is quite clearly the best of both
worlds…. All the features and benefits of Alkaline
batteries, with the added benefit of being rechargeable.
While RAM products will surely compete with existing
rechargeable products (Nickel Cadmium), as well as with
disposable alkaline batteries, they should not be
confused with conventional "old-fashioned" rechargeables.
RAM batteries have none of the limitations of the
existing rechargeable products.

Designed exclusively to
charge AA and AAA rechargeable alkaline batteries (RAM).
Ultra fast charging allows for up to 10 times faster
charging than conventional chargers. The intelligent
electronic control measures the key parameters of the
batteries several times a second. Each battery has its
own control unit managing over voltage control and
current regulation for each battery. Polarity
protection. Automatic trickle charging after battery is
fully charged. Optimal flexibility: Operation from
120VAC, 12VDC or direct from a solar panel. A 120VAC and
a 12VDC adapter are included. |
